”In July of 2011, my school placed an order with Jambette and Carpell for new structures and ground surfaces for our school yard. The total cost of the project was in excess of $50 000 and was paid by funds raised by our students and community.
We were informed in the fall that there was a delay with Jambette. Concerned about running out of time for the Carpell surface installation, the team at Carpell were able to ensure that Jambette met their deadline and guaranteed us installation before their October cut‐off deadline. Despite this, the weather turned cold and Carpell brought in warming machines to ensure the proper installation of the ground surface
While on‐site, I asked the work crew if they would be able to repair some holes in the Carpell surface on our other playground module which had been vandalized. After verifying with their superior, they informed me that there would be no cost for the repairs since the surface colours were the same.
I would like to thank Jean‐François Daoust and the team at Carpell for their wonderful service and flexibility. Their devotion to ensuring that our new play module was safe for the children was exceptional. In the future, should we install additional modules in our school yard, we will certainly retain the services of Carpell “
